Your Deed Poll provides a document generation service that creates deed poll documents based on information you provide. We do not provide legal advice.
You must be 18 or over to use this service. This service is for individuals changing their own name only. We do not provide services for changing a child's name.
You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate. We are not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate information you have submitted.
Payment is £19.99 (inclusive of VAT where applicable). As the deed poll is generated and delivered digitally upon payment, refunds are not available once the document has been sent to your email address. If you have not received your document, contact us within 24 hours.
Our deed polls are worded in accordance with standard UK practice. However, we cannot guarantee that every organisation will accept them. Individual organisations set their own acceptance policies. We are not responsible for any organisation's decision not to accept a valid deed poll.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect or special losses.
